Experience Policies
Velvet Vault Sanctuary is a private culinary sanctuary in St. George, Utah. Public guests may request The Velvet Table reservation directly without vetting. Velvet Key Society membership, private privileges, and member guidance follow a separate vetted application path.
Experiences operate Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday | 6:00 PM–8:00 PM and last exactly two hours. Guests must arrive 30 minutes before the experience for check-in and seating; for the 6:00 PM start, arrive at 5:30 PM and be checked in and seated by 6:00 PM. The experience is 21+, phone-free, non-alcoholic, and illuminated by rechargeable touch lamps at every table. Elevated evening attire is required. The address is provided after Concierge confirmation.

Terms Of Use
By using this website or submitting a request or membership application, you agree to provide accurate information and to respect the Sanctuary’s access, attire, age, phone-free, no-outside-beverage, and guest-conduct protocols.
Public reservation requests and VIP requests are subject to Concierge confirmation. Velvet Key Society membership is the only vetted/application-based offering and is not guaranteed. Access, invitations, experience details, dates, menus, and availability may change as the Sanctuary evolves. All website content and trademarks belong to LouiseAnna Hospitality Group, LLC.
03 · Payment Agreement
Reservation Payment Terms
The Velvet Table Experience is reservation-based. The Concierge sends pricing details after you select Seafood or Non-Food Option in the reservation flow and then follows up to confirm the reservation. The showcase site does not permanently store reservations or sync to a live database.
04 · Confidentiality
Confidentiality Clause
The Sanctuary is designed as a private, phone-free environment. Guests are expected to protect the privacy of fellow residents, the concierge team, Chef Nola, and the details of the evening.
Do not record, publish, or share another guest’s identity, image, conversation, application information, address, or private experience details without explicit permission. Official photo keepsakes are provided by the Sanctuary when available.
05 · Refunds
Refund Policy
OpenTable reservation and cancellation terms apply to public guest bookings. If a Concierge-confirmed experience is rescheduled by the Sanctuary, the Concierge will communicate the available next steps.
For questions about an existing payment or invitation, contact concierge@velvetvaultsanctuary.com. Please include the name used for the request and the relevant experience date.
06 · Guest Agreement
Presence, Conduct & Access
Guests agree to arrive on time, honor elevated evening attire, keep phones stored away, refrain from outside beverages, and help preserve a calm, respectful environment for every guest. Disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disrespectful conduct may end access without refund.
Velvet Vault Sanctuary is 21+ only. The menu and service are strictly pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free. All dietary restrictions and allergies must be noted on the relevant request form; the Concierge will confirm what can be accommodated.

Read Before Your Evening
We are unapologetically serving Cajun & Creole cuisines and Southern dishes. Menus rotate weekly at Chef Nola’s discretion and may change based on seasonal availability and the freshest artisan ingredients. Premium seafood and poultry take center stage.
