LouiseAnna VIP is a strictly non-alcoholic, off-site Private Chef and Catering experience in and around St. George, Utah. You choose the location — a private residence, vacation rental, estate, hotel suite, office, or approved event venue — and Chef Nola and the Concierge shape the menu, service, and rhythm around your occasion. This is not an in-sanctuary dining tier; everyone participating in a Velvet Vault Sanctuary experience is already a VIP.

The LouiseAnna Standard

Luxury With Soul

LouiseAnna VIP carries authentic Cajun & Creole flavor, intentional hospitality, and Chef Nola’s discerning eye to your chosen location. It is an off-site private-chef and catering service, distinct from the intimate culinary dining sanctuary.

Menus are curated at Chef Nola’s discretion around seasonal availability. The operation is pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free. General non-alcoholic beverages are provided; luxury mocktail and botanical elixir pairings may be available at Chef’s discretion for $25–$45 per person.

Sanctuary timing and off-site timing are distinct. Sanctuary experiences are exactly two hours, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, with 5:30 PM arrival for check-in and seating. LouiseAnna VIP service timing and arrival are scoped to the client’s location and confirmed by the Concierge.
