Every guest is welcomed as a VIP. Every evening is carefully held for a maximum of 20 VIP guests.

The Sanctuary’s concierge-guided experience begins with your reservation request. Rather than treating the evening like a generic booking, you share what brings you to the table, who will be joining you, and what kind of evening you hope to remember.

Let the Setting Change the Pace

Inside Velvet Vault Sanctuary™, the visual language is unmistakable: emerald green velvet, fuchsia pink accents, polished gold details, and warm illumination from rechargeable touch lamps.

The design is luxurious without being overwhelming. It creates an atmosphere that feels intimate, bright, refined, and purposefully removed from the ordinary.

Elevated evening attire is required, allowing each Vaultier to participate in the sense of occasion. You are not simply arriving for a meal. You are entering an environment where the room, the table, the lighting, and the music all communicate the same message: this time together matters.

To preserve the atmosphere, the Sanctuary is phone-free. Phones are set aside so conversations can develop naturally, attention can remain undivided, and the evening can unfold without the interruptions of notifications, scrolling, or constant documentation.

Photo keepsakes of the evening are provided, so you can be fully present without losing the memory.

Experience Cajun & Creole Flava Through Chef Nola’s Lens

At the heart of the evening is The Velvet Table Experience™, the signature immersive two-hour culinary residency at Velvet Vault Sanctuary™.

Chef Nola’s menus are rooted in authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine and Southern traditions, shaped by seasonal availability and curated at her discretion. The five-course journey is not presented as a fixed menu designed to be repeated without thought. Each Residency is a fresh expression of what is peak, purposeful, and ready to become part of the evening’s story.

The experience moves through five intentional moments:

1. The Welcome : A warm opening that establishes the rhythm of the evening.
2. The Southern Story : Cajun & Creole flava, New Orleans memory, and seasonal ingredients brought together at the table.
3. The Palate Pause : A refreshing interlude that creates space for the next course.
4. The Velvet Table : A composed savory course where premium poultry takes center stage.
5. The Closing Note : A final sweet course and botanical pairing that carries the feeling beyond the Sanctuary.

The operation follows clear dietary standards: pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free. Dietary details and allergy information should be shared during your reservation request so the concierge can review them before your evening is confirmed.

The Sanctuary is strictly non-alcoholic. General non-alcoholic beverages are provided, while luxury mocktail and botanical elixir pairings may be available at Chef Nola’s discretion.

Access to The Velvet Table Experience™ is publicly requestable by reservation.

• Capacity: A maximum of 20 VIP guests per evening.
• Age requirement: 21 and older.
• Atmosphere: Phone-free, non-alcoholic, and accompanied by curated R&B and Jazz.
• Attire: Elevated evening attire is required.
• Dining standards: Pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free.
